CHICAGO, July 13, 2017 — Plante Moran, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and business advisory firms, is pleased to announce that Felicia Donaldson has joined the firm as a principal in its management consulting practice.

Donaldson, who will work from the firm’s Chicago office, specializes in providing financial support and enterprise risk management services to organizations experiencing great change and transition – from emerging growth to merger & acquisition to wind down or decline. Donaldson has an extensive accounting and finance background which includes controllership responsibilities, internal and external audit, controls and risk management, transaction advisory and restructurings.

Prior to joining Plante Moran, Donaldson served as principal for AddVantage Group, where she helped the organization advise clients on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, process optimization, and systems and data integration issues.

Donaldson earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She’s also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Minority Advisory Board for Southern Illinois University’s College of Business.

Donaldson resides in Frankfort.
