Plante Moran is excited to announce that Steven Pochini from our Ann Arbor office has received the Elijah Watt Sells Award for his exceptional performance on the CPA examination.

The award was established by the American Institute of CPAs in 1923 and is granted to candidates who obtain a cumulative average score above 95.50 across all four sections of the CPA exam, pass all four sections of the exam on their first attempt, and complete testing in 2018. Nearly 86,000 people sat for the CPA Exam in 2018 and only 110 candidates met the criteria to receive the award.

Steven is the eighth staff member in Plante Moran’s history to receive the prestigious award.
