Scott has been providing ERP lifecycle, IT strategic planning, IT assessment, IT sourcing assistance and a variety of other strategic IT services to governmental clients for more than 18 years at the local, county, and state levels. Most recently, his focus has been on advising and assisting large governmental entities with the entire life cycle of major ERP initiatives to ensure that they obtain the most value from that significant investment in people, process, and technology.
Scott is a project management professional (PMP), ITIL V3 Foundation-certified, and Prosci Change Management-certified. He has a B.S. in general engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from The University of Michigan.
