As the public sector’s utility service leader, I advise utility companies on needs assessment, system selections, implementation management, and technology planning projects, including process redesign and change management.
With more than 30 years’ experience working exclusively in the public sector, my clients appreciate my in-depth knowledge of all their technological needs and challenges. The relationships I’ve nurtured with clients, vendors, and teammates have allowed me to build and grow our utility practice.
With my focus on utilities, I’ve been attending CS Week annually since 2015. I previously belonged to Michigan Government Finance Officers Association and was on the Technology Resource Committee from 2009 to 2014, serving as chairperson from 2014 to 2020. I received a B.A. in marketing from the Michigan State University College of Business.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy golf, gardening, and hiking with my husband. I have three children and five grandchildren whom I love to spend time with.
