Compared against other companies across the country, we ranked above the national average for community initiatives, culture, and compensation.
Fireworks display. We’re excited to announce that we’ve been named one of the “Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the Nation®” as seen in the February 10 edition of The Wall Street Journal. We’re proud that, of the thousands of companies that applied, we’re one of the highest scoring organizations across all categories. This is our fourth year on the national list.

Compared against other companies across the country, we ranked above the national average for community initiatives, culture, and compensation. For example, 97% of our staff agreed that: “This organization promotes a positive culture” and “My work challenges me to use my knowledge and skills fully.”

With the tagline “better business, richer lives, and stronger communities,” the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” program recognizes and celebrates companies that are committed to excellence in human resources practices and employee engagement and development. Nominees for the award were scored based on an extensive application and anonymous staff surveys. Organizations are evaluated in a variety of categories, such as communication, work-life balance, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.
