Whether you’re just curious about Plex or are an existing user looking to maximize your investment, our team can help. We work with clients in all phases of the technology life cycle, from IT strategy, due diligence, and cost justification, to implementation and continuous improvement. Our team will help create a tailored solution for your organization with a seamless implementation process — providing you with a simple, reliable, and secure integration between your ERP and manufacturing execution systems (MES). We know ERP implementations only happen every 10-15 years, and our team is here to not only help successfully deploy a new system, but to ensure your core team is trained to keep the system maintained and functioning.
Our core services include:
Validation: New ERP implementations are big investments. Our team’s experience with Plex products allows us to create a return on investment summary to help validate and show the benefits to your leadership team.
Implementation: Our hands-on implementation methodology will guide you through all phases of the process. Our team of dedicated Plex software experts will help guide you through industry best practices, process improvement, PLC integration, RPA development, report development, and more.
Continuous improvement: If you know where your issues are and need help fixing them, our team is ready to implement new modules, reconfigure your system for new processes, and train users. You’ll continuously improve your overall use of Plex and increase efficiencies within your organization.
Assessment & optimization: How well is Plex working for you? Are you making the most of the software? If you’ve already implemented Plex, there’s a good chance it might be time to deploy new modules. Your competitive landscape or customer/supplier requirements could have changed drastically since implementation, and now it’s time to assess where you’re at and where you need to go.
Plex UX transition: Per the Plex community, enhancements have stopped being made to Plex Classic, and the transition to Plex UX is suggested by June 2021. Plex Classic will still be available for current customers, however after June 2021, no new functionality will be deployed to it. All new functionality will be released to only UX, the more modern and extensible platform, after June 2021. With that date looming, it's time to start thinking about your transition plan and strategy. We will help create a transition plan to fit your business goals, budget, and timeline.
Disruption, changing customer demands, and an altered competitive landscape are adding complexity and driving costs. While many businesses have amassed a wealth of data, merely collecting data won't deliver the information you need for intelligent decision-making. Here's how to leverage your data for greater operational efficiencies.
Organizations around the world are tightening their belts, trying to get more done with less. Now, you can program a virtual robot to do higher-quality work faster, freeing up resources to use elsewhere. Welcome to the future.
